Common Questions
Do I need to have a Logic Pro project ready?
Not necessarily. If your question is workflow or technique-based, a description in the pre-session questionnaire is enough for me to come prepared. If you want feedback on a mix, sharing your Logic session or stems beforehand makes the call significantly more valuable โ I'll spend 30 minutes with it before we meet.
I have a specific Logic Pro technique question. Is that a good use of this?
Yes โ that's exactly what this is for. Share the question in the pre-session form and I'll come with a real answer. If it's something I can demonstrate live in Logic during the session, we'll do that.
What if I just want feedback on a mix, not a full workflow conversation?
That works perfectly. Send your Logic session or stems ahead of time, I'll review it before we talk, and we'll spend the full hour on your mix โ what's working, what isn't, and exactly what I'd do first. If you'd prefer group feedback in a live setting at a lower price point, Mix Lab might be a better fit.
How is this different from Mix Lab?
Mix Lab is a group session โ I open multiple mixes live with a room of people watching. A 1-on-1 session is private, focused entirely on your specific situation, and I review your project or question ahead of time. Same diagnostic approach, completely different depth and focus.
Why Fridays only?
Keeping sessions on a consistent day means I can properly review your project beforehand. I'm spending real time with your work before we talk โ not jumping on a call cold.
Is the session recorded?
Not by default, but I'm happy to record it if you'd like to revisit the feedback afterward. Just mention it in the pre-session questionnaire.
